Reflect on the stages of a woman’s life and the unique health needs of the different phases. Discover ways to honor the great initiation phases of life.

Seasonal Virtual Experiences

Join Dr. Danielle Cornelius in a dedicated virtual space for seasonal connection, planning and alignment. Together, we’ll honor the current season, dig into the lessons and set intentions for the current season using the embodied cycle practices that makes sense for that moment in time.

For 2025, our virtual meeting will be held:
March 23, June 22, Sept 14, and Dec 21 all from 10AM-2PM PST.

Virtual meetings will be recorded in case you can't make it and want to follow along on your own.

Lunar Cycle Check-Ins

Continuously orient yourself to time and space as the wheel turns with reflective prompts via a private Telegram group, guiding you through key moments of the lunar cycle to stay aligned and intentional.
